Through the Home Repair Program, Life Remodeled provides one of three critical repairs to owner-occupied homes: new windows, a new furnace, or a new roof. To qualify, individuals must live within the four square-mile service area surrounding the Durfee Innovation Society (see the map below). Individuals must also be up-to-date on their property taxes or be enrolled in a payment plan and be able to provide proof of income (could include social security, disability, or unemployment).

Our home repairs are made possible by the contractors who partner with Life Remodeled and generously donate their time, materials, and labor. These contractors are not employed by Life Remodeled. We do not offer full home remodels, additions, or decorating.

Hear From Maxine, a Home Repair Recipient

Maxine Anderson is a recipient of the Home Repair program and resident of the Durfee-Central community. After a tree fell through her roof, Maxine worried she may lose her home because she could not afford the necessary repairs. We were grateful to partner with Maxine to help fix her home and allow her to remain a resident of this community.
